Yong Xing Primary school is really a good place to work. They have a comprehensive curriculum delivered to your desk prior to each week's classes, and they have in-house training once a week to sharpen your skills. They also provide free Chinese language classes. I had a clean, quiet, comfortable apartment and three free meals a day. The town is small, so getting around is easy. The program is managed by an American guy and he pretty much just expects you to be on time, pay attention to the training, and kick ass in your classes. In return we have team-building dinners, go out together for foot massages, and every once in a while you get a little bonus in your paycheck for no particular reason. I would also give this place 4 stars, but only because I am not sure 5 stars exists anywhere in China. If you ever have a chance to teach at Fuyang Yong Xing Primary School ... by all means jump at the chance. You won't regret it. I was there a year and wish now that I had extended my contract!
