I suspect that the EV poster from England who has been teaching on behalf of EV is a kind of DOS for EV. IELTS School had a very unpopular one among his fellow foreign teachers some years ago - a Canadian boozer and loser by the name of Paul. The present encumbent @ IELTS is an Englishman who had previously taught EFL in Thailand called Don W[edited] or Don Win******. He's a really nice bloke who still teaches in Yongji, as far as I know.
