This business is clearly in it for the money and trying to short change you whenever possible (but this is how many schools, not all schools, work in China, so you should expect this kind of treatment).

I am glad I don't work with you or for you. Bring that attitude back to the west and we'll just have more folks who might accept that this is how it is blablabla, and the west is the same in so many ways blablabla...
