The only thing good about this school was that you got paid on time, other than that, the Korean teachers were completely unapproachable and rude. They favor like nobody's business, and treat certain people horribly if they think they don't fit in with the school. It really has nothing to do with how good of a teacher you are, but more to do with whether or not they like you personally. Two teachers that they favored the most had the most complaints from the parents, and had the most students drop their classes. They gossip about all of the teachers, and the head English teacher is bi-polar and borderline abusive to her students. They do not follow the contracts, and will not provide some of the basic necessities that are stated in the contract. They hired one teacher for a full year, but had her leave after 11 months, knowing the whole time that was the plan, but failed to tell her this. Some of the Korean teachers are very racist towards Black people, and the head Korean teacher even got into a shouting match with a teacher because she wanted her to quit because she was Black and parents were complaining. It was the most hostile work environment I have ever experienced.
