For someone who infers that he is a teacher actually teaching in China, he seems to have a lot of time to spend endlessly commenting on other peoples entries, of which he has no connection. If you read what he writes carefully he makes much use of inferring or simply engages in wild assumptions, but tries to pass off his comments as facts.
