If anything, beauty contests might boost the self esteem of women and let them understand their true worth.

I do wonder, if the concept of sex for pleasure amongst women becomes more widely accepted, if the whole sugar daddy thing will seem less appealing? Western women like to be spoilt with expensive gifts, but if you can't satisfy them in bed... You will get dumped regardless.
