You are absolutely right here. There was a woman here from your country, who begged/blagged her agent in BJ to pay for her one way flight over here. She arrived with not much money in rmb which she had got in australia. I don't know if she had more funds on her bank card, she may have had a house and stuff in Aus, I don't really know, but it seems to me she arrived without a return ticket paid for by herself, and not much money overseas.
