The boasters are usually the older middle aged, previously divorced guys that somehow feel like that they received some kind of wonderful upgrade from the absolute dog of a woman that they had married before, that tend to do it (because deep down, they are still bitter about the divorce or know that most woman wouldn't look at them twice back home).

Hahaha- well part of that fits me-you are quite right the only English women that would look sideways at me would be those already having one foot in the grave. As for my ex-wife I still get on with her very well indeed; even decorated her lounge last year. Dog of a woman hahaha.
