You obviously don't know many Chinese women. Many will openly ask foreigners about viss and apartments, not just the ones on the internet.

I have already given you the answer. Don't concern yourself with those apartment loving floozies because in a country which has billions of women, even if the ones disinterested in flats and visas were in a small minority you would still have millions to choose from- concentrate on those.
