Does anyone know anything about this Person or this school? He/They send out emails under different names from this address study.malaysia@mail.ru (Musharafa Abdulloeva <study.malaysia@mail.ru> and Tajik-Malaysian Intel' Company <study-malaysia@mail.ru> and make promises they cannot fulfill. It would be great to hear from anyone that has any info. Personally, I think its one guy writing under different names using the same address.
