A few things you should know.

1) Owen Buckland is a career criminal. He operates in Guangxi Province because it's an autonomous region and the cops can't touch him. If they can touch him, he pays them off.

2) In order to work legitimately in China, you need a work visa FROM THE PROVINCE IN WHICH YOU ARE EMPLOYED. Everyone working for Buckland has a visa issued in Guangxi Province. This is all very well, if you happen to be one of the 1% working at his 'school'/employment agency in Guangxi. If you are NOT working in Guangxi Province (ie: if 'Owen' has shipped you to another province), you are breaking the law of China and subject to deportation and arrest. If you don't believe me - and you have been seconded by Owen to another province with his worthless, illegal visa - check it out with the local cops. Better still, get a Chinese friend to ask the question first. Better yet, call 'Owen' and listen to his lies.

3) 'Owen' pays 5000RMB a month and pockets the rest of the dough that should be going in YOUR pocket. Most Chinese schools will now gladly pay 7000RMB+ to degreed foreigners (a lot more in Beijing - forget the crap ads on eslcafe.com). What do you need this loser/parasite for? Just approach the schools directly. Most principals in the civilized places (Shanghai/Beijing/Fujian/Guangdong) have a good relationship with local cops and can sort out your visa, no problem.

This guy is a lowlife. He makes his money by lying to foreigners - plus he puts you in legal jeopardy.
