It is run by a couple of liars named simon and Victor. They recruit under many names using teslchina@163.com as a contact e-mail address.

The contract they send you will be worthless, but it doesn't matter as they wouldn't honour it anyway. The money they promise to lure you here is a figment of their imagination. BEWARE these guys
