Training centres deserve to be bashed. However, some people are unaware they are training centres. When these centres advertise for teachers, they call themselves by some other names such as this one “Teda Education Group” owned and operated by Bill Zhang Jia Jun (now he calls himself Bill Chang in his advertisements) who has a training centre in Songyuan that is called an academy ― Foreign Studies Academy of Songyuan. His teachers leave after a time and he keeps advertising for teachers.
