Shao Chun International School of Jiangxi are extremely bad employers. They have no idea how to behave towards western employees and like to use the (traditional!) Chinese management system whereby they make the rules and apply them as they see fit- irrespective of what it says in your contract! This will mean working on your days off, not being paid in full, having deductions arbitrarily made from your wages and so on. Mr. Tan ("David") is an absolute liar and you should not believe a word he says. He will make many promises but, once you are entrapped on campus, those promises will mean nothing. Do not trust this man- he is completely immoral and is only interested in serving his own interests.... certainly not the interests of his staff!!
