This is a new Hakwon trying to open in February 2007. My Korean wife and I had one meeting with Mr Jeong to investigate the possibility of working at this institute. After this meeting, at which a ridiculously low salary offer was made by Mr Jeong, and no other remuneration issues were discussed, and at which ABSOLUTELY NO AGREEMENTS WERE REACHED WITH MR JEONG, he contacted my wife and said that he had a verbal contract with myself to work for him and he would 'blacklist' me if I did not work for him. Furthermore, in his promotional material for the school, he has used pictures and details of foreign personnel who have submitted resumes to him, but have not agreed to work for him, and is therefore Publically inferring that these people are his employers. Naturally, I wouldn't go near his school now and would advise EVERYONE else to keep well clear too. I have learnt, from two other parties, since my dealings with Mr Jeong that he is, and I quote 'a faker'. He has shown himself to be dishonest, dangerous, a bully and not to be trusted. Work at this hakwon at your own peril.
