I haven't been offered the contract yet - I was recently contacted by them through esl cafe. They gave me a brief job description which I'll post below. I know the devil will be found in the actual contract so perhaps the only way to find out would be to just do the interview and if I'm offered the position, ask to speak with one of the foreign teachers currently working there.

I'm new to this game and I'm looking for my first employer but I'm having a hard time deciphering what is legit and what is not in China. I only have a BA with no CELTA or ESL teaching experience so my choices are a bit limited.

What is the difference between a training school and just a regular school in China? It seems that every school I look up either has zero information on the web or has a slew of terrible reviews.
