If you haven't attended a bricks & mortar establishment; that alone will be unacceptable to many employers; you are right. They will think that there'll be too many flaws in your education; and they'd be right. Communicating, getting along with people, is important in all jobs; even working in a shop. Your fellow workers must know how good you are; otherwise there will be no promotions for you; that's natural.
