I just described my experience with this company. Of course like every company their main goal is to make money and they won't give you everything you want but proper attitude will make things easier. As for the teaching quality I am the teacher and I am responsible for the quality of my classes. If somebody is a sh***y teacher of course he will blame for this everything and everybody except himself. As I said never had any problems with them and they never had any problems with me. BTW Ive never heard about teacher named "Turnoi" so or you worked here long time ago (the company has changed since that time) or you don't [edited]to give your real name. Right now my impression about u is: a typical "hater" insulting everybody around who doesn't agree with him and pasting funny pictures to emphasis what he just said (which just shows his emotional problems) and jerking off on his screen just to prove himself how "amazing" he is.

What you will find with TCs and lower quality agents, is that a teacher is not truly allowed to be in control of their own classes and are often subject to interference and distraction.

There are also other issues such as maintenance of equipment, availability of resources and so on which can prevent a teacher from performing to the best of their ability.

We have heard that same excuse from TCs many times before to shift the blame. Besides, it could even be argued that if a school was really in the position to be able to judge a teacher's performance, they would have the knowledge and ability to assist that teacher and help them to improve. Like in any business, you can never recruit 100% perfect employees, but as a manager you can help them to improve. Sadly, at TCs, the role of a manager is just to deal with the sales guys!
