I just came across this post. I wish that I had seen it earlier. The OP is probably already on site, to his or her greatest regrets.

This particular school has a long, long history, none of it brilliant and most of it quite whacko. Over the years, it has become known in Harbin for the absolutely stark raving mad DOS's that it has hired -- always "white foreigners" for sure, and most of the time, drunks, druggies, perfectly insane type, abusers and the lot. Everything about the place is problematic, from pay to visas to the like. If there is one particular place in Harbin to avoid, it is this one. If, however, you like the feel of working in an insane asylum, and I truly mean it, then this place is for you. It has changed names more times than I can remember.

While there is precious little on this board about it, if one were to mosey over to another board known colloquially as the "Greasy Spoon", and if the search function were finally working on that site, one would find pages and pages and pages and pages and pages of horrific things about the place.

I pray God that the OP didn't go there.
