It appears that Al can't recruit his own teachers, so he is going through Find Work Abroad where they don't even tell candidates any information about the schools they are sending them to (they don't even post the school's name in the ads).

Here is his ad:

"The curriculum is flexible though the content is set down..." LOL!!!!!!! You should have seen THAT MESS of a course outline. The guy sells courses to parents that don't even have a curriculum or materials. His center isn't exactly rich in resources either. It's just you, a few flashcards, a blackboard, and YOUR laptop. No books, no curriculum... no hope. And yes, you DEFINITELY need a sense of humor for this job because it's one MASSIVE joke. Everything about this ad is misleading. The starting salary is 12k. I believe he hired one poor soul who was at 11k and he didn't last a month. Who could blame him for not sticking around. The two half days off is complete BS too. You're still teaching on a full schedule. The difference is, you are planning at home as opposed to being in the office. On my "half days" there was no way I could go in at 4:30pm (as scheduled) and plan for 3 classes that begin at 5:20. They also obtain L visas for teachers, so you're teaching illegally on a tourist visa the entire time you're there.

I saw this ad posted twice today on Shenzhen Party. It appears as if someone is a little hard up for teachers.
