I don't know much about TT, but I did offer him some management examples/advices.

I was in Guiyang since May 12, 2010 to July 23, 2012. I've seen a lot of peace corps from USA come and go. It's an okay city if u really want to experience the real side of China, learn its culture, SPICY food, language(S) and so on.

I just couldn't take it anymore. People smoke here and there and EVERYWHERE including the gymnasium too. Also, it's quite hard to get around if you can't really speak Mandarin. Most of the locals or the people there do NOT speak or understand English. Most of them are from the countryside or known as 'farmers'. Some of them are very helpful and some of them can be quite rude. Based on my experience there, I do get yelled a lot from other locals and called as a 'faked foreigner' because of my skin-color, eye-color, and hair-color. I'm Asian-American and English is my 1st language......anyway, to make the story short, I'll have to say if u planned to go to Guiyang, u'll see the 2 main English centers known as TT and CC. They are rivals.
