Overall I think that the company is great. The curriculum is awesome and the kids were basically fluent. With that said, each branch tends to go by its own rules, then there are also "branchises" that are independently owned. My friends had branches that were absolutely awesome, and those friends stayed on for a long time. There were also many horror stories. The branch that I was at was awful, 60 hour work weeks, they would have us watch ourselves 5 or so hours a week. Also, the owner would use blackmail to manipulate employee behavior. It was overall an awful experience. So Chungdahm is good, intense, but good. Be careful about your branch, do your research.
