Has anyone dealt with this agency?

At first, my original contact, Amanda, said she would set up an interview with the "principal" of the school.

Then when the "principal", Irene Lin Tao, came on she said she represented the New Times Training Center. They provide teachers for public schools in China and several corporations.

We were talking on skype but by sheer coincidence, Irene said the computer she was using did not have video, so I could not see her face.

This site has a thread on an agency called New Times International, but this thread is old and I am not sure if it is the same outfit.
