What he usually does is posting the teachers' details ( including teachers pictures, resumes , and personal details ) on any QQ group or any Chinese forum, saying that this ESL teacher is searching for a job in China.

It did happen to most of my friends who did deal with this person, including myself.

Most of my friends and I, got harassment phone calls after sending him our documents, some other friends got threatening ones .

Just stay away from that guy.
