Also, you have to bear in mind that even if that none native (struggling) English speaker has a legal degree in English, as most them have; if it's not been gained in a bricks&mortar Western college(in the west) it will invariably be sub-standard. Some of these backward countries employ sub standard English second language experts, because they come cheap. Very unprofessional.
