I've been an employee of CZZ for 2 months now. So when approaching the whole teaching experience I was very skeptical as to how things would work. I have to say that since I have been with the company, I have encountered none of the above mentioned problems. CZZ have been professional towards me from my first skype call with Dana. He was very informative about what would be required of me and told me in detail about the terms of the contract. (I need to mention that to date they have remained true to their word with regards to the contract). I have not experienced any mistreatment or dishonesty in any way.

I have had no dealings with Jessica so I cannot speak to that. And as far Niu Chen, I have not had much interaction with him, but with the little that I have, he has been extremely friendly and professional during my stay.

Upon arrival I was met by a friendly TA by the name of Tom. since I've been here he has not been unpleasant in anyway. In fact, its the complete opposite. He has made the introduction process so much easier and has assisted me with everything that I have asked. (including assistance from the other TA's) I will even go as far to say that Tom has been a really good friend. I have no problem spending time with him in a social environment outside of any work related aspects.

Dana has been nothing but helpful through the whole process and these ludicrous claims that have been stated are wildly exaggerated and untrue. I knew exactly what school I would be teaching and what the school would require of me. And I have been put in the position that I was promised. Dana as well as the whole staff have been nothing but helpful and assisted me in all areas.

The apartment I am living in is perfectly pleasant. I have all that was specified in my contract. These include internet, double bed, bathroom, and all essentials like washing machine and cooking equipment. I arrived to a clean and well equipped apartment. With regards to the story about the water, I was explicitly told about the situation with tap water in China. To be blunt, it is not advised to drink from the tap in any apartment in China.

With regards to the other outrageous statements. It actually saddens me that someone would post such lies. I have been treated with the utmost respect throughout my dealings with CZZ. If there were any problems I encountered, they were dealt with immediately. In conclusion, they have been nothing but honest, professional and accommodating in all areas. I have had no problems of any kind with CZZ. I will stand behind the name of the company and recommend them to any individual wishing to teach in China!|
