Hi I would like to confirm Lisa's experience with this individual. I went through exactly the same process and I found this individual to say the least dodgy. I got an email after the 'text via Skype' interview (same as Lisa - the guy asked me to continue my interview via text as he couldn't hear me!). He sent me a series of questions to which I answered but I had no opportunity either to see him nor to ask any questions abut the Ts and Cs or the school itself. He confirmed to me in an email that I got the job asking me for my availability and nationality. Needless to say I didn't answer. I think he is highly unprofessional and indeed that it is a scam.
