I have spent 10 years in Asia, and I have left other schools due to significant problems. Last year I spent 7 days 6 nights at Tianjin University of Technology and Education, where they chain locked the building I was in every night at 10pm. No one was allowed to leave the building which was on campus. I was told that if you left campus, they wouldn't allow you back even if you were a teacher. The final straw came when they entered my apartment at 7am while I was asleep without contacting me.

Other experiences with schools include apartments with sewer smells and cockroaches to crap running down hills to sewer vents. None of this has happened in Pinggu. So, I am curious why this school is being attacked without substantial evidence.

Your salary, not answering phone calls, or rescheduling meetings are not enough factors to warn people. Call a spade a spade and provide evidence if you want to warn people.
