Don't believe a word Englishmanabroad says.

He is the Director of Studies at the EF Dalian school he so proudly talks about. It seems a little strange that a manager of the school would come online and post about how great the current management team are, either they are desperate to hire new teachers or he loves himself so much that he needs to write on ESL review sites about how great he is. The fact is all members of his staff hate him because he is selfish, close minded and doesn't have a clue about management. He tries to do everything by the book, even when the book is wrong! If you are ever unfortunate enough to meet this guy you will see why he fled England in the first place. This guy wouldn't have a chance in the western world!

Do yourself a favor and don't work for EF Dalian, especially when there are so many other schools in Dalian! They lie, cheat and steal from their teaching staff and even get their managers to write rave reviews online. Do you need any more reasons not to work for them?
