New Life ESL is deceiving, I had an extensive chat with Monica back then, she is a nice person but the jobs they offered me were crap, they tried to send me in nowhere-ville, like industrial fourth-tier shithole (yeah, they do exist), I turned down their offers and found a job by my own means instead, agents are basically useless no matter Chinese or foreigners.
