I did happen to work for EF for just a year and no problems for me. I guess every location is different. As for Hampson, it started out okay but as soon as I mentioned I wanted to leave, they totally ignored the contract so I was denied some payment. But for those who have worked in China, this is an inherit risks of working at many places.
