Good advice, my previous employer was a bitch, the original owner is a good guy (we are still in touch) but he retired and sold his business, a new owner took over the company and treated the FTs very badly, I quit as soon as I found my actual job, but right before that I organized a meeting with the parents of my kids and explained why I decided to leave, the kids loved me and the parents as well, most of them pulled their kids out of the school and some kids actually ended up in my current school (same city).

No need to say that the new owner threw fists of rage when he realized (too late) that I screw him over.

Maybe, it is because you are no longer "useful" to them. Kick them in the ar..e and
mess up their pretend "school" by tellingf students and parents how they treat
their foreign teachers. It will put their public business "reputation" at
doubt, and they may lose clients.....hahhahahhahhahahhahahhahaha
