You quote me saying "unqualified teachers have no place in the classroom" and highlight this to show my acceptance of the opposite?!? Are you high?! That can't even make sense to you, surely?

At no point have I said unqualified teachers are OK. I have always said exactly the opposite, as the quote you highlighted shows!

What I have said is that I'd consider a native speaker with no degree over a non-native speaker as their fluency would always be better. But that is not equal to saying I think unqualified teaching is acceptable!
