When you buy a Z visa, you'll be registered to a different company, maybe even doing a non-teaching job. I think that's possibly how some get caught, they're asked about who they work for and give what it is accordingly to official records, the wrong answer.

Many people just get the business visa because it is cheaper and easier to get and are mistakenly lead into believing that it is all legit because they are consulting or some shit like that.
