For the record, I left EF completely in December 2013 and returned to South Africa. There was no commission received for any comments made.

I have no idea who the person is who decided that it was appropriate to air my personal business on this forum, but my reasons for leaving the city were personal and were not a reflection of the school. I maintain that my experience in the school at the time I was there was a good one. I always believed that the school had a lot of potential.

Having said that, and I am no longer affiliated with EF at all, it saddens me that what a lot of posters have been saying have merit. The two teachers I placed there in my personal capacity (not through EF) have resigned after only 4.5 months in the school as the school has reneged on the contract that was discussed with the teachers before they arrived at the school.

In light of this, I would suggest caution if you offered a position at this school.
