Sorry I didn't really explain. What I may be able to do is get my brother-in-law to include some dishes on the menu of a spacious restaurant he owns in order to get some idea if they'd go or not. I don't know, I haven't even asked him about it. I would have to do some footwork to inform the ex-pat community. It could be a nonsense idea.
