Written into the CZZChina contracts is a stipulation that: "If the teacher should change schools during the course of the school year the teacher will not receive a performance bonus". CZZChina has a working agreement with most of it's clients that the teacher will be changed out at some time during the teachers working time at the school. The teacher will be told:"The school didn't like you" or "the students didn't like you". The school may be told if not in on the arrangement with CZZ:"The teacher doesn't like the school" or similar. Teachers from CZZ for the past few years have later ran into headmasters or contacts from the schools they have been changed out from and during an information exchange both parties have discovered that they were BOTH mislead. This saves CZZ and Niu Chen tens of thousands of RMB and gives CZZ and excuse for then making "calculations" for pay. Calculations you'll never see and may or may not reflect the actual method of arriving at the payment. Many, many, many, and again many ex and current teachers for CZZChina and CZZ Educatiatong have complained loudly and longly to Mr. Niu only to be: argued with, threatened, told "it's not in your contract" or "I didn't say that and you don't have it in writing", or had employees show up at their apartment to give ultimatums to comply with or be instantly homeless and deported. If you've read the posts around the internet regarding CZZChina and the antics of Niu Chen and you're STILL considering working for them get a CAT scan.
