You can justify your company all you want, but you and I both know that some have failed the interview the minute their face comes up on the class screen. I am a very good tutor and very energetic and I know Phonics. In fact, I did not see anything extraordinary in the sample videos that are sent to applicants to view. I could have easily done as well, if not BETTER! However, I cannot make myself any younger or prettier!!
