I have worked for BKC-IH Moscow for four years, and on the whole, I have been very happy here. BKC is the largest language school in Moscow, with branches all over the city, as well as some outside. It provides a lot of training and support for newly-qualified teachers, as well as a reasonable career structure-I myself started as a teacher, and then went on to work as an ADOS. I have tended to have bad experiences with large organisations before, but BKC do pretty well; that is to say, the Central Office staff make sure they are accessible to the teachers, they listen to gripes and suggestions (and act on them when appropriate). The administrators of the various branches are generally efficient and friendly, although the requirement that they speak English is often interpreted in a somewhat flexible manner! There is a great variety of different types of class (YL, VYL, In-Company, exams, intensives etc), which can seem quite daunting to begin with, but also makes the job very interesting, and you can opt to specialise after you've been with the school for a while, eg In-company contract, YL contract. The only problem I have experienced with BKC is one that I think is common to a lot of large companies- communications sometimes get lost or confused, especially when several people are involved in an issue. Anyway, I will be leaving with a positive feeling about BKC.
