I couldn't agree with you more regarding the necessity of staying away from private training centers.

On the other hand, if you'd like a potentially rewarding job, you should try the university scene. At the college where I'm employed, you'd be quite happy - especially if your qualifications prevent you from working elsewhere. Oh yes, we have many "teachers" there who can't spell, one who can barely read, others who can't write, many who've never taught English in their lives and are only using it as an avenue to get a visa so that they can spend their spare time looking for a young woman to marry their fat foreign ass.

So, tired of workin' at the car wash? Come to China - great positions at reputable universities are waiting for you.

Go to another board -
