Mai He kou, yes, this is the same woman I spoke of in my earlier thread. It seems shes changed the name to Royal English. This woman is nuts, and an egomaniac. Her accusing others of having mental problems is quite ironic. I don't know any fellow named frank. When I started there a long while ago there was some ass with big bug eyes and rather fat to boot. He was her favorite because he was a suck up. I believe he was fired soon after I was. Avoid this lady at all costs.
