This is an excellent assortment of information, that I believe to be very true. I have a few friends that I am trying to prep before coming to China, and have I sent them your great, insightful conclusions.

The appetite loss and regain is absolutely true as well, and it's funny how I have not really recognized it as a pattern, until you pointed it out.
