I got this same thing today. It seemed good until the fee for work visa and ticket. I worked in the uae, they buy your ticket to / from and the form they sent me saying its from the UAE immigration is fake and looks fake. Secondly they wanted me to western union someone other than the name mentioned in the email.

The school is in Dubai. But the contract says the Sharjah Educational Board. Never would happen in the uae. The next odd thing is it says 2 bed accommodation they sent me was studio hotel photo which i image googled online and it s a pic downloaded from the net. I am a US Citizen, I can travel to Dubai without a Visa. They can process that there, and in the UAE if there is a fee they want you to pay they will deduct it from your salary.
