It is fake
it is fraud manoeuvres
I made some researches and these are the proofs

http://www.9web.me/aiacademytr.com

the site is established from chicago by a person named: andrae jhon on 12 april 2016 and terminates on 12 april 2017 (one year) ???????
and it is set up by a Free Weebly Website Builder
and the host of the site is Singapour or China, I think, which had the name of Kang SG (it is also clear from the first email he sent (kangsg@gmail.com)

The original website is written in chinese

Google find aiacademytr.com and you we see the results

Hello I just received an contract agreement from Carlos Adam as HR Manager to teach at American International Academy istanbul. Which directed me to (Gunaydin Travel Agent) with email address gunaydintravels@yandex.com. I became very skeptical to who I was offered the teaching position so quickly without interviewing me at all over the phone or via skype. Simply, offer letter with a very detailed contract agreement. It looks very real.I was searching google for teachers that work at the school to consult with them because something just didnt feel right. Can someone help me find out if it is a scam
