Somebody is posting to www.craigslist.com with offers for (distance) employment, "tutoring a child". Here are some of the correspondence I had with this person:

rule out 12 convenient sessions in order that will not disturb your
other schedule. I will want you to calculate 1 hour per day the 3
days for the whole 1 MONTH,and get back to me so that we can arrange on
payment.

This person actually did FedEx something to me, I refused the delivery.
I then called them on their scam. They replied:

In a message dated 9/2/2008 8:05:59 P.M. Romance Standard Time,

Your email address and messages have been reported to www.aol.com
and www.craigslist.com due to the obvious fact you are operating a money fraud scam. I have also filed a report with my local police department.

If and when any courier service delivers, I will inform them of your
fraudulent activities.

The alleged name of the person was "Nickie" and their email address is "nickiegeewalker1[at]aol.com"
