Why do these degree mills persist? They are really hoping to get the poor suckers who don't know how to do their due diligence.

Lots of red flags:

1. On its HP, zoom up on their supposed credentials, and you'll find that they are just printouts of search results from the homepage of these credible agencies. At one agency, it was obvious that "CU" had just signed up for an account. The printout shows a NEW registration number. Not something official, just a new account sign-up. Anyone can do the same. Finally, all these documents are red-stamped with CU's official seal. lol. The fun part is that the images are set so that they're difficult to zoom or read.

2. The address of the university is for a virtual office in Irvine, CA. Just do an image search. Obviously, they say the school is online. But they are leveraging the image of another business (who hosts virtual companies) to create an illusion of a "majestic university on a hill."

3. Google the name "Luis Armosolo". He's the guy who registered the school on the CA DOE website as a private school just so that he could make a printout to use on his website to give the illusion that his school is legit. lol. Oh, and he has a PhD in LinkedIn with ZERO connections.

I took the time to put this here so that no one gets suckered. I hope it's helped.
