Very intricate and deceitful. Poor immigrants are getting suckered into their "programs".

Apparently, they've been floating around since 2008. Here's an interesting thread. It describes pretty much what we see here:

Surprised that the umbrella organization, Armosolo Foundation, is treated as a tax-exempt organization, in California. Their office is squeezed somewhere between these two buildings (https://goo.gl/maps/2cyte)

You'll also find, if you investigate names on their website, people with suspicious linkedin profiles who recommended by even more suspicious people.

There seems to be layers deep deception from this organization.

Best to avoid this company or anyone associated with it.
