Until four years ago I ran a very successful small language and tutorial school in Malaga, Spain. For personal reasons I decided to move to the north west and for a while things went well. Then " The Crisis" hit! The result is a lovely little school with a massive - ESL/languages/tutorials all subjects to A level/maths, and special needs/tests - inventory, and very few students. What I realise now was that the location simply does not support a school of this type. That being so, the inventory, furniture, materials and whopping great (1,200 euro) leather sofa would need to be moved to somewhere else in Spain where there is an ex-pat community but limited international schooling available. A Coruña and Santiago de Compostela, or Vigo would be three suggestions in the north-west but Madrid also needs schools of this type, and there are many more possibilities. I am reaching retirement age and wish to concentrate on a tourism-related project and so have decided to list the school for sale. Materials alone would be fantastic for an online school - but I no longer have the energy!
Bet you do though... If you have ever said: "I would love a little school of my own but it would cost too much to set up", now's your chance. The price will be very reasonable.
