Language franchise in Indonesia? Looking for info

Hi there! I always look at this forum but just created an account finally. I am 25 and living in the St. Louis area. I graduated in 2012 and have been a Title I reading para, sub, and an instructional technology assistant since then. I was fortunate to have so many diverse experiences in a school setting in just 3 short years. I kept hearing I would find a job easily because I'm a male, but I quickly learned that I needed to practice more for the interview stage of the game. Anyway, I am happy to say that all of the years gaining experience and improving my interview skills paid off. I am going to be a franchisee for a school I worked in last year. The fun part is that it's going to be located in Indonesia. TBH I'm not sure if it's going to work out, but as a starter I reckon I might be more successful in cooperation with one of our domestic businesses, like this http://speak-up.pl/en (the one I've worked for so far) I'm not sure if it's the right place to do so, but hopefully there is at least one expert in Indonesian market to answer my numerous newbie questions regarding running a business in Ind.

And these would be
- has anyone had any experience with running a company in Indonesia? are there many obligatory forms and registration processes I'd have to go through? (sorry, I tried to google, but I don't seem to be able to find a definite answer :/)
- do You think that a language school may have a chance to provide any further franchise opportunities?
- could You possibly provide any ground rules for a complte beginner, like where is it best to invest on the Indonesian market? and is there a way to find out whether or not it's going to be friendly?
