Does anyone have any insight into starting a training centre in China from their own home.

My Chinese wife and I are considering starting our own training centre from home in Guangdong province, using a couple of rooms in our apartment for classrooms.

I'm particularly interested in the legal implications of this. I can find a lot of information on starting a large training centre with a Chinese partner, buying a premises etc which sounds like a minefield, but we are looking for something smaller with the kids and adults within our community, then potentially expanding and finding a more experienced investor once a customer base is established here.

Does anyone else have a similar story they could share with us or any advice?
